What we do
Focus Areas
At Viridus, our work flows across three interconnected domains. Each one is rooted in our principles, yet shaped by the real contexts of the organizations and communities we walk alongside.

Education
We view education as a political and transformative act — one that is never neutral, always shaping how people perceive themselves and the world. Our work here focuses on learner-centered approaches, unlearning and relearning, and designing programs that help people engage with the real struggles of our time. We partner with schools, foundations, and state bodies to design curriculum, build the capacity of educators, and create learning ecosystems that are purposeful and contextually grounded.

Well-being & Compassion Training
We believe that well-being is not a luxury but a necessity for people across sectors... Our compassion trainings help individuals and teams cultivate resilience, presence, and care for themselves, for others, and for the ecosystems they serve. We design reflective spaces, workshops, and long-form processes that allow people to pause, listen inwardly, and return to their work renewed and grounded.

Organizational Development
& Leadership
Flourishing organizations require fairness, equity, and purposeful leadership. We support civil society organizations and leaders in creating cultures that are just, resilient, and future-facing.Our OD approach is dialogic, emergent, and empowering — helping organizations build capacity, strengthen leadership, and anchor themselves in deep-time thinking for sustainability.

Our Areas of Practice
We engage in
Strategy Development — helping groups clarify where they want to go, why, and how.
Supporting Change Journeys — strengthening people, teams, and organisational systems so change is sustainable.
Social Design & Interventions — imagining, piloting, and refining real-world solutions that respond to lived contexts.
Research & Analysis — helping find root causes of issues, gathering evidence, learning continuously, and using that to inform decisions.
Learning Resource Development — creating tools, curricula, guides, or platforms that support collective learning, unlearning, and relearning.
Fellowship & Network Programs — cultivating ecosystems of practice, peer learning, and leadership among those committed to social change.
Community Resilience Strengthening — working with communities to adapt, respond, recover, and thrive in the face of changing, uncertain realities.
